Shipping

All orders ship from our facility in Orem, Utah, via UPS.

Processing time

• In-stock items (all powder-coated stock colors, copper and raw steel): orders placed by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
• Custom colors: made to order and ship within 7–10 business days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order's weight and destination using live UPS rates, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Tracking

You'll get a UPS tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

Stocked items (Black, Dark Bronze, Slate Grey, copper and raw steel) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Custom colors are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, email info@icecontrolengineering.com or call (801) 854-5167 with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receiving the return.
